Usage of services
To use our services
you need to provide us with a valid email address.
There is no age limit to using our service.
As a condition of your
use of this website, you agree that you will not use this website for any purpose
that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. By way of
example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using our
services, you will

own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
d. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any
other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes
any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any
party.
f.
Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do
not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
(such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or
disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
g.
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other
proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of
software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

5.
Submissions
myimagestory reserves
the right to check content transmitted by the customer for its lawfulness. While myimagestory does not and cannot
review all submissions, and is not responsible for their content, myimagestory reserves the right
to delete, move or edit submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive,
defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws or otherwise unacceptable, without prior notification.
In case of content liable to prosecution myimagestory reserves the right to report
to the law enforcement agency in charge.
You acknowledge that any submission may be removed, published, copied, modified, transmitted
and displayed by myimagestory for the purposes of delivering the offered services. In addition, you
warrant that all moral rights in any uploaded materials have been waived. Your physical or
electronic sharing of your images constitutes permission for reprinting by the recipient. myimagestory will not be liable for the content of any submission.
All submissions will
reside in the server for a month after which
they will be automatically deleted to make space for other submissions.
6.
Prices and payment
The orders will be processed
with the prices that are valid on the day the orders take place. All prices are
in Singapore Dollar. The costs of packing and shipping are not included in the prices.
myimagestory reserves
the right to correct wrong prices that have been displayed by mistake. In case such
a correction leads to a higher price the customer has the right to cancel the contractual
agreement
We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD and NETS.
7.
Delivery and shipping
myimagestory reserves
the right to choose the mode of transport. The shipping costs have to be paid by
the customer. View our product page to check the shipping costs and turnaround time.
8.
Cancelling of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
9.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
10.
Warranty
In cases of any manufacturing defects, the defective item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the condition of the item, and at our sole discretion to either replace or repair the product that does not meet the warranty or condition.
11.
Privacy policy
When you uses services from myimagestory, you need to provide some personal information, such as
your name,
e-mail address, and mailing address. We protect and use this information as set forth
in our Privacy Policy.
12.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, agents,
licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against
all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from
any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or
wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service using your account.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT AND/OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS,
SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT AND/OR MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
