Launch StoryMaker Software by clicking on this icon on the desktop
Start a new book
Key in the title and select the booksize
Import your photos to the photo library by clicking on get photo
Select the template that you like from a variety of styles or alternatively you can let Storymaker do it for you by clicking on "Apply Random Template to Book".
You can also modify a template or create your own templates by creating picture boxes and textboxes on the page and click on "Save Current Page Layout As Custom Template"
Apply the template to that particular page or to the entire book
Insert your photos by dragging them from the library and dropping them into the layout page or you can let StoryMaker do it for you by clicking on auto fill images
You can preview your book by clicking on the "Preview" button on the toolbar.
Finally, remember to save your work.
A photo having a red border means that the image resolution is too low to print in that size. The photo may not appear sharp when printed. You should replace it with a higher resolution photo.
The auto fill feature works by filling portrait photos into empty portrait boxes and landscape photos into landscape boxes in the layout templates(s) that you have selected. If you do not have enough photos to fill up all the boxes in your book, the remaining boxes will be empty.
Make sure that the other computer also have StoryMaker installed. To transfer your book to another computer, you need to first export the book to an *.pbe file.
After that copy the file to the other computer and use StoryMaker to import it. The "Export" and "Import" feature can be found under "File" menu.
There is no limit to the number of photos you can have in a book. However, take note that the more photos that you have in a page, the bigger the book file size will get and
the slower the page will load. As a general guide, try to keep the number of photos in a page to less than 5.
Yes. Storymaker allows you to create and save your own layout template. Alternatively you can also layout your page in photoshop and insert the page into storymaker as a jpeg.
After you have created and checked your book, click on the "Upload Book" button
on the toolbar. Fill in your name and email and start uploading it to our server.
Once you have uploaded your book, you will receive an email notifying you the Book
ID, Access Code and instructions to retrieve your book from our website. Follow
the instructions to retrieve your book. After you retrieve your book, you will be able to add it to your shopping cart. Enter the quantity that you want to order and check out using eNets.
The book will be stored in our server for a month. After that it will be automatically deleted.

You need to share the book in order for others to view and order your book.
After you share the book and enter a share code, a link will be generated. You can pass that link to your friends to retrieve your book.

Images should be in sRGB ICC profile for optimum colour accuracy. sRGB is the default colour profile for many cameras, imaging and display devices.
For printing a full page premium photobook (15" by 11") a minimum resolution of
4500 pixels by 3300 pixels is recommended.
For printing a full page standard photobook (11" by 8.5") a minimum resolution of 3300 pixels by 2550 pixels is recommended.
For printing a full page pocket photobook (8.27" by 5.83") a minimum resolution
of 2481 pixels by 1749 pixels is recommended.
Yes, there is a 2mm bleed on all sides. So please take note when creating your book that any image or text on the outer 2mm on all sides of the page will be cut off during the production process.
